The Italian classic, made in England. The mouth-watering cured pork shoulder flavour of a shoulder cut with a delicately fragrant cure. Amazing marbling and a soft texture. Serve with warm bread, butter and pickles for a perfectly put-together food experience - that’s if you can resist just eating it straight out of the pack. 60g sliced.
