- Learn and use different curing techniques
- Bacon course: Prepare the pork, design a cure and start your bacon curing
- Duck course: Joint a whole duck and cure the various parts
- Chorizo & salami course:
Prepare the cure, mix the sausage filling and stuff into cases using our stuffing machine
- Cold smoke some produce
- Enjoy a lunch with some of the produce you've created
