At Stanlake Park, Natalia Nico oversee the production of a stunning range of English wines. We love them so much that they are the only wines we use to produce our British charcuterie.
So when it comes to pairing charcuterie and wine, you can do no better than to start with the fine wines featured in the product itself. Here we take you on a tasting of our three Great Taste Award winning bresaolas, showcasing the best of local beef, venison and hogget (between lamb and mutton).
It's a delightful combination of locality, scarcity and quality. You just don't see much English red wine, certainly at this quality, and the same goes for bresaola of such variety and esteem. For the foodie who wants to truly savour and explore the best of British, it's a must.

Cricket Grove - Stanlake Park - Red wine
A smooth and spicy wine, with flavours of black fruit, violet and vanilla, in perfect balance with velvety tannins, and a smooth, lingering finish. Choose this wine if you like Tempranillo, Syrah or Malbec. Pairs well with beef, lamb and venison, which is why it's here.
100% Dornfelder grape. 11% alcohol. Contains sulphites. Vegan. 75cl.
Beef Bresaola (Great Taste 1 Star) - Bray Cured
Simple and beautiful. Salt, pepper and Berkshire red wine adorn topside of local ex-dairy beef. Air-dried for several weeks into a rich umami flavour. Perfect with rocket, walnuts and hard cheese. 60g sliced.

Flower Meadow Hogget Bresaola (Great Taste 2 Star) - Bray Cured
Rich and earthy. Superstar charcuterie, made with cured lamb (hogget really, which is richer and more mature), which grazes flower meadows, imbuing the meat with the flavours of wild herbs. 60g sliced.
