Welcome to Bray Cured. From the spiritual home of fine British food, we hand craft British charcuterie and deliver cured meats throughout the UK.
We call it New British Charcuterie, because alongside the other great artisan cured meat producers across the country, we’re making Britain’s mark on the traditional world of charcuterie. We use exceptional British rare breed meat, experiment with new techniques, put twists on old favourites, and create new flavour profiles from British food influences, especially the things that grow around us locally.
Bought pancetta and spreadable salami from Maidenhead Farmers Market last month. Absolutely delicious!! These guys are very talented. I went back this month and bought double quantities!
