We call it New British Charcuterie, because alongside the other great artisan cured meat producers across the country, we’re making Britain’s mark on the traditional world of charcuterie. We use exceptional British rare breed meat, experiment with new techniques, put twists on old favourites, and create new flavour profiles from British food influences, especially the things that grow around us locally.

Amazing quality charcuterie, swift delivery, well packed. Have already put in another order after an enquiry was answered quickly. Really tasty products, a bit different from the "run of the mill" stuff available. Can't praise them highly enough!
Bought four different packs after seeing them on James Martin. Was worried about the packaging in postage etc, no need, well packed etc.

Bray Cured is the best Charcuterie we have tasted in the UK. We have never been disappointed at any of the different cured meats and especially enjoy the Venison and, this time, the Salami with Wild Garlic. We can taste that the products have been prepared with great care and attention. Well done Bray Cured and we wait to receive our next order.

A massive thank you to Alex and David for a really fantastic duck charcuterie course yesterday - learned loads, laughed a lot and are very much looking forward to our duck ham/bacon/confit legs/pate/stock/roast potatoes in duck fat AND the bonus pork cracking! And we (nearly) did it all ourselves! You really offer a great experience and we would so recommend it - we WILL be back for the sausage-making course soon!
The title says it all. Alex is the most helpful anyone could be. The team have done themselves very proud. We received the most delicious charcuterie I have eaten in a very long time, absolutely stunning !!! A must try.
