Christmas and New Year 2024 Contact and Opening Hours

The website remains open for new orders and gift redemptions throughout Christmas and New Year.

E-Gift cards will ship throughout the period immediately or scheduled depending on what you select.

Customer support via email and Whatsapp will be unavailable from the 31st December to 1st January, resuming January 2nd as normal.

We're at HQ curing and answering phones, emails and Whatsapp during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Saturday 9am to 2pm
