How to redeem your gift 

1. If you have a voucher for the any of the following courses, click these links to book. You can use any of these vouchers to book whichever of these courses you prefer, whatever it says on your voucher: Duck Curing Course, Bacon Curing Course, Chorizo & Salami Making Course, The Sausage Course.
2. If you have a voucher for the Charcuterie and Golf Course book via this link.
3. If you have a voucher for The Hogget Butchery and Charcuterie Course or the Venison Butchery and Charcuterie Course click these links to book. You can use your voucher to book on either of these courses, irrespective of which voucher you have.
4. Book the date you'd like to attend.
5. Checkout and add your gift card code(s) at checkout (not in the cart).
6. You'll receive a follow up email confirming your booking, with everything you need to know about how to find us.

Redeem a value gift card

1. Navigate to the online shop, choose the delicious charcuterie you'd like to buy and add it to your cart.
2. Click to checkout and then enter your gift card code during checkout.

Do I have to redeem the full amount at once?

No, you can spend your card in any increments, in as many transactions as you wish.

What if my gift card doesn't cover my full order?

As you'd expect, the gift card balance will be deducted from the order total and you can pay any remaining balance by card, PayPal, GPay, ApplePay or ShopPay depending on your device.

Does the gift card cover shipping costs?

Yes, if your order incurs any shipping fees, you can redeem the gift card against these too.
