Our little team at Bray Cured hand make exceptional British charcuterie from local ingredients, in small batches. Our produce features as an ingredient on the menus of some of the UK's best restaurants and pubs, while our courses, subscriptions and hampers make amazing gifts. We are creative in our approach to the craft. We love to pair, combine and create with different wines, cheeses and recipes. Whether bringing something special to a snack or an everyday meal, or putting together a showstopper, we are up for any culinary collaboration. Lovely sustainable British food for cooking and gifting. That's us.
