- Some might say the cornerstone of British charcuterie is the cooking sausage. On this course, it takes centre stage.
- Work from pork butchery onwards with our Master Butcher
- Prepare, blend and produce three different kinds of sausage, perhaps including breakfast sausages, cotechino, boerwors, or whatever inspires us on the day
- Stuff your sausages using our sausage stuffing machine
- Take away your sausages on the day ready to cook and enjoy at home
