One of the great pillars of charcuterie, with a twist of wildness. A deliciously savoury salami which works with anything. 60g sliced.

Bacchus Brut - Stanlake Park - White sparkling wine
A super refreshing English sparkling wine made with Bacchus grapes, with attractive aromas of apple, gooseberry and elderflower, and a very smooth finish. This non-vintage fizz is made with the same technique used for Champagne and other famous sparkling wines in the world, but using a grape that typically grows only in England and aged for around 12 months in the Stanlake Park cellar. Contains sulphites.
