With a mix of whole muscle charcuterie and salamis in each box, you're all set to make up grazing boards, canapés, delicious muffuletta sandwiches, or five delicious sofa dining experiences straight out of the pack.
Every meat will arrive with a recipe card and tasting notes to guide your grazing experience.
We'll curate a selection into each box that gives the Bray Cured experience, including a mix of whole muscle and salamis, and the different types of heritage breed meat we use. If you have particular preferences for the box, add them into the notes section in the basket and we'll do our best to accommodate subject to availability. We won't duplicate a choice unless you ask us to.
