About the Items

• The five cured meats are from our range of handmade charcuteries. You'll get five different ones from the full range.
• A traditional style saucisson ready for chunky chopping
• The slicing salami will be a 400g piece from one of our core range, either Fennel, Wild Garlic, Hogget Merguez, Chorizo, Venison Old Fashioned or Hogget Chorizo.
• Pigs in Blankets snacking salamis feature pork, our Great Taste 2 Star pancetta and a hit of whole cranberries.
• Supplies are limited due to demand, so specific requests may not be possible. As ever, we'll do what we can.
• All sliced packs and beer salamis will have a use by date of at least February.
