Of our all fantastic charcuterie and butchery courses, this is the big one. A full day, exclusive for your group, taking you from field to fork, foraging to feasting, with butchery, charcuterie, a tour, tasting, lunch and more than 30kgs of product to take away.

The Bray Cured Charcuterie Experience includes
- Transport from Bray Cured HQ (5 mins taxi from Taplow or Burnham station on the Elizabeth line) to our secret farm, where you'll see the animals, forage, and take in the amazing views.
- A packed charcuterie canape box for the road (it's only about 3 miles away, but you know... canape box)
- A tour of Bray Cured HQ with our Master Charcutier
- Butchery demonstration and hands-on learning with our Master Butcher
- You'll work together to butcher the whole animal, making prime cuts for roasting/frying, sausages and charcuterie.

Experiment with flavours, rubs, cures and smoking, learn how to tie 'The Butcher's Knot'.
- Stuff sausages like it's the Generation Game.
- Butchery over, a feast will be prepared with the meat you worked on, while the rest of the meat will be packed for you to share out and take away.

After lunch, our Master Charcutier will take you through curing techniques and principles.
- You'll prepare salamis, bresaola and bacon to your own recipe, with our help.
