Cold smoke some produce
Enjoy a lunch with some of the produce you've created
On the Chorizo & Salami Curing Course they will also:
Prepare the cure, mix the sausage filling and stuff into cases using our stuffing machine
On the Duck Curing Course they will also:
Joint a whole duck and cure the various parts
On the Bacon Curing Course they will also:
Prepare the pork, design a cure and start your bacon curing
How e-gifting works
