Any time you need an espresso boost, alongside some fine olives and charcuterie, it's time for this aperitif collection. Rich, sweet espresso martini, blended by Antosh at Rythmik, pairs perfectly with the cacao nibs in the venison cure, which also features cardamom, drawing it together with the olives. Dark in hue, deep in flavour, spritzed by the citrus of cardamom and orange. A heavenly arrangement.

A lean and tender block of wild venison loin, skillfully cured in cacao nibs, ginger and cardamom.
British Venison, Salt, Peppercorns, British Vermouth (Sulphites), Herbs, Spices, Dextrose, E250.
Espresso Martini by Rythmik Cocktails
Small Batch Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Salted Caramel Liqueur, Cold Brew Coffee.
London Gin, Ginger, Lemongrass. 14.6% alcohol. 20cl.

Exceptional olives, slowly cold brined for optimal flavour and texture.
