British Pancetta & Bacon

Our pancetta is the bacon of your dreams. Like all pancetta, it's a cured pork belly bacon, making it a tasty, streaky cut. For full, British flavour, we use heritage breed Middle White pork, cured with either our signature spice mix or a blend of your choice and then dry-aged to bring out an intense savoury richness.

Available as portions of belly for slicing at home, or as diced or sliced packs, and in smoked and unsmoked varieties, our pancetta is equally at home crisped up on a salad, perched atop a smoked eel canapé, or even in a sophisticated sandwich.
