One of the great pillars of charcuterie, with a twist of wildness. A deliciously savoury salami which works with anything. 60g sliced.

A slightly sparkling, refreshing English wine made in the traditional method. Elegant flavours of white flowers, ripe citrus, quince and apples. Perfect well-chilled on a summer’s day. A smoother, more flavoursome and delicate alternative to Prosecco.
