Charcuterie Course and Golf Experience

Description

You'll be able to come on down to Bray Cured HQ and enjoy a morning curing class with our team, followed by a delicious lunch of cured meats. After that, they’ll head two minutes down the road for the friendly environment and golfing test provided by 9 or 18 holes at the lovely Huntswood Golf Club.

And when that’s all over, Huntswood Golf Club boasts a licensed bar with panoramic views of the Buckinghamshire countryside.

All our courses include

• A half day at Bray Cured HQ, 5 mins taxi from Taplow or Burnham station (Elizabeth line)
• Get hands-on and make a variety of charcuterie with our experts
• Learn about the art and science of curing
• Take away and enjoy what you make, ready to do it again at home
• Coffee and canapés
• Charcuterie tasting lunch

Which charcuterie course can I do

• You can choose any of our charcuterie courses to enjoy alongside your golf day. Just make your choice when booking.
• Our duck course lets you explore different charcuterie techniques to use every part of the duck, from butchery to curing and cooking.
• Our salami and chorizo course takes you from butchery, to blending your own salami or chorizo, curing, sausage stuffing and fermenting.
• Our bacon course sees you working from butchered cuts of heritage breed meat, to classic salami and bacon production.
• On each course, you’ll make products to take home and enjoy later (or in the case of salami, have posted to you when it’s perfect).

What about the golf

• Choose from either 9 or 18 holes, depending on how energetic you feel (choose at the point of purchase)
• Huntswood Golf Club provides an enjoyable test for any skill level of golfer

• Equipment can be hired on the day directly from Huntswood Golf Club
• The course is only a couple of minutes from our charcuterie factory. It is within easy walking distance.

Book in a date for your course on this page and we'll email you all the info you need to know in advance, including how to find us. You turn up on the day and enjoy the course!

• Orders before 1pm dispatch same day (Mon-Fri), after 1pm next working day
• Choose 24hr ("Next Day") or 48hr Royal Mail delivery (Mon-Sat)
• Free 48hr shipping on orders over £40
• Schedule a future delivery dates if required

• Charcuterie travels at room temperature - safe if you're out when delivered
• Cheese ships overnight with ice packs - must be received and refrigerated immediately

• 14-day return policy from delivery date Items must be unopened, undamaged, in original packaging
• A return fee is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping (£4) and outbound shipping (£4) if a free shipping offer was used
