As the evenings lengthen, the aperitif comes into its own. At the end of a warm day in the garden, or the start of a hot night on the town, our aperitif collection is the perfect way to begin.

Each charcuterie aperitif hamper is locally sourced, putting collaboration together with curation. When you tuck in, you'll be supporting no fewer than 3 British artisan producers. Now that is something to savour.

The Aperitif Files - Earthy

The aperitif that wouldn’t be named. Botanical, certainly, with its gin base and floral notes, but what about the warmth of cumin and heartiness of hogget? More than anything, Earthy, with root ginger from the cocktail lifting the perfectly balanced hogget and cumin. Hogget, flavoured by the land it grazes, embracing the toasted dustiness of cumin. A trio where everything improves everything.

Flavoured by the flower meadows it grazes, this local hogget (in between lamb and mutton) is a pretty perfect bit of charcuterie. 
British Hogget, Salt, Black Pepper, British Red Wine (Sulphites), Herbs, Spices, Dextrose, E250.

Exceptional olives, slowly cold brined for optimal flavour and texture. 
Stoned Green and Kalamata Olives (51%), Brine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Cumin, Mint, Chilli, Paprika, Acidity Regulator - Lactic Acid. 270g net.
