Make Your Own Bresaola

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to use this kit to produce your very own beef bresaola.

This project will yield exceptional homemade bresaola. You'll receive a recipe designed by our Head Charcutier Alex, which you can customise too, to make it your own. There are few things in charcuterie more rewarding than making your own delicious bresaola at home.

This kit includes everything you need to make brilliant beef bresaola. Just decide whether you want to receive the meat from our supply, or if you'll source your own.

What's Included?

• Recipe card and instructions, for you to follow or adapt
• Collagen wrap and butcher's netting for your bresaola's drying
• Cure for 2kgs beef bresaola
• Stainless steel hook to hang the bresaola from
• Delicious beef silverside (or select 'Without Meat' and supply your own)

What's Not Included?

• A cupboard full of excess ingredients you'll never use up.
  

What Equipment is Needed?

• A vacuum bag, or a ziplock bag to cure the beef in.
  

Any Allergens?

• Sulphites from the wine.
