You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Introducing, The Charcutier's Weekly Meat Box, where wonderful British Charcuterie, meets nose to tail sustainable butchery, to provide a week of tasty and sustainable meat for meals.
The Story
You might know that we're whole carcass charcutiers here at Bray Cured. It means that we work with the whole animal, and produce something from nose to tail. We believe this is a more sustainable, more creative way to work. It's better all around and we enjoy it more.
We're fortunate to have more than 50 years whole-carcass butchery experience in the company, which is what lets us make the most of everything in the best way.
Over the years, though, a couple of things have had us scratching our heads. First, when we are working nose to tail, there are certain cuts that suit cooking better than our typical charcuterie products. Think rack of lamb, for example. Second, we have things like delicious stock bones, which we can't use in charcuterie either, but would make amazing broths and stocks.
It's led us to the conclusion that the best way for us to make the most of the amazing produce we work with, is to produce a regular meat box for a limited number of customers, combining delicious cured meat, with the best of nose to tail for everyday use.
The Provenance
Wild local venison, grass fed local hogget, local ex-dairy beef and heritage breed British pork. The boxes are part of our charcuterie output, so the meat you get is the meat we always use to produce award-winning charcuterie.
What's in the box?
In a nutshell, enough meat for the week, made up of premium cooking joint or cuts, mince, sausages, bacon and stock, cured meats and our new Meateors (for punching up quick meals with a dash of flavoursome salami protein). There's six meals' worth of meat, plus some for snacking and a stock.

Delivery
We deliver The Charcutier's Meat Box on a 24-hour service, chilled. The fresh meat products need to be refrigerated when you receive them. You'll receive a delivery email to tell you when your delivery will arrive. As standard, we ship the boxes Thursday to arrive on a Friday, so if this isn't convenient just get in touch at hello@braycured.com and we'll organise something different.
Recurring Delivery
If you'd like a regular delivery, just select one of the two subscription options. The monthly subscription still sends you a box per week, but at a lower cost than the weekly renewal.
