Festival Monthly Letterbox Charcuterie Subscription

Once a month, every month, you'll receive a serving of delicious charcuterie, straight through the letterbox. Our subscription makes the perfect gift through the year.

What's included?

• Each month we'll send a delivery of delicious cured meat. It could be anything you see on our website or something new - possibly a limited edition.
• To keep things interesting, there'll be a variety of products from month to month. Each pack in a month's delivery will be different.
• We'll try to keep sending you different products to try every month until you've tried the whole range (stock allowing).
• Usually, a pack contains 60g pack of cured meat, except for spreadable salami, which comes in 100g packs.

How does delivery work?

• We send out subscriptions once a week so you'll get your first delivery in the next dispatch we do.
  
• Then another delivery will be sent once a month, each calendar month for the duration of the subscription, around the same time each month.
• You'll receive a notification when each delivery's on its way.
• You'll pay no additional shipping fees. The subscription price is all-inclusive.

What are my payment options?

• To say thanks for subscribing, you get each delivery at a lower price than you'd pay for a one off order on the website.
• You can pay monthly ahead of each delivery. Or you can choose to pay quarterly or annually in advance and take advantage of even bigger savings. You still get a monthly delivery of charcuterie, no matter how you choose to pay. 
• Paying quarterly means prepaying for 3 deliveries, and annually is 12.

Can I make changes to or cancel my subscription?

• You can cancel future payments at any time prior to that payment being taken.
• You can choose to skip a delivery if you wish to for any reason. If you've prepaid for a number of deliveries in advance, you'll receive the full number of pre-paid deliveries before you're charged again. 
• There'll be a link to the Manage your Subscription page in each email you receive about your subscription.
