  • Get hands-on and make a variety of charcuterie with our experts
  • Take away and enjoy what you make, ready to do it again at home

What you'll learn on this course

  • Learn and use different curing techniques
  • Prepare the cure, mix the sausage filling
  • Choose the kind of salami you'll make and stuff it into cases using our sausage stuffing machine
  • We'll keep your stuffed salami in our controlled conditions for perfect drying, and post it out to you when it's ready to eat
