Monthly Letterbox Charcuterie Subscription

If you enjoyed your monthly delivery of Bray Cured deliciousness, great news - it isn't over yet! With this special offer for Gift Subscribers, you can keep the cure coming once your initial subscription ends.

What's included?

• A mixture of our cured meats every month!
• To keep things interesting, each pack in a month's delivery will be different.
• We'll try to keep sending you different products to try every month until you've tried the whole range.
• Each delivery will contain 1 x 100g mixed board, then one or more single variety packs.

How does delivery work?

• We send out subscriptions once a week so you'll get your first delivery in the next dispatch we do.
  
• Then another delivery will be sent once a month, each calendar month for the duration of the subscription, around the same time each month.
• You'll receive a notification when each delivery's on its way.
• You'll pay no additional shipping fees. The subscription price is all-inclusive.

What are my payment options?

• To say thanks for subscribing, you get each delivery at a lower price than you'd pay for a one off order on the website.
• The longer your commitment, the bigger the discount you receive.
• Paying quarterly means prepaying for 3 deliveries. Paying annually means prepaying for 12 deliveries.

Can I make changes to or cancel my subscription?

• You can cancel future payments at any time prior to that payment being taken.
• You can choose to skip a delivery if you wish to for any reason. If you've prepaid for a number of deliveries in advance, you'll receive the full number of pre-paid deliveries before you're charged again. 
• There'll be a link to the Manage your Subscription page in each email you receive about your subscription.

• Orders before 1pm dispatch same day (Mon-Fri), after 1pm next working day
• Choose 24hr ("Next Day") or 48hr Royal Mail delivery (Mon-Sat)
• Free 48hr shipping on orders over £40
• Schedule a future delivery dates if required

• Charcuterie travels at room temperature - safe if you're out when delivered
• Cheese ships overnight with ice packs - must be received and refrigerated immediately

• 14-day return policy from delivery date Items must be unopened, undamaged, in original packaging
• A return fee is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping (£4) and outbound shipping (£4) if a free shipping offer was used
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned
