Redeem Your Gift: Meat and Cheese Gift Subscription

Once a month, every month, you'll be delighted by a delivery of award-winning British charcuterie and cheese, straight through the letterbox.

How do I redeem?

1. Add the subscription you've been gifted to your cart and checkout.
   
2. At checkout (not in the cart), enter your gift card code. The total of the order will reduce to zero.
3. Enter the address you want us to deliver to as both the billing and shipping address. 
4. You won't be asked for any payment details.

How does delivery work?

• We send out subscription orders once a week so you'll get your first delivery in the next dispatch we do.
• Then another delivery will be sent each calendar month for the duration of the subscription, around the same time each month.
• You'll receive a notification when each delivery's on its way.
• If you need to delay a delivery or pause your subscription for a while for any reason, you can let us know by email any time before you receive the next dispatch notification.

• Orders before 1pm dispatch same day (Mon-Fri), after 1pm next working day
• Choose 24hr ("Next Day") or 48hr Royal Mail delivery (Mon-Sat)
• Free 48hr shipping on orders over £40
• Schedule a future delivery dates if required

• Charcuterie travels at room temperature - safe if you're out when delivered
• Cheese ships overnight with ice packs - must be received and refrigerated immediately

• 14-day return policy from delivery date Items must be unopened, undamaged, in original packaging
• A return fee is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping (£4) and outbound shipping (£4) if a free shipping offer was used
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned
