What they'll learn on this course

Some might say the cornerstone of British charcuterie is the cooking sausage. On this course, it takes centre stage.
Work from pork butchery onwards with our Master Butcher
Prepare, blend and produce three different kinds of sausage, perhaps including breakfast sausages, cotechino, boerwors, or whatever inspires us on the day
Stuff your sausages using our sausage stuffing machine
Take away your sausages on the day ready to cook and enjoy at home
