We set up our charcuterie pop-up shop/village store in Bray with a couple of aims. First to spread the word about lovely British charcuterie while we were building our factory. Second to bring a village store back into the heart of Bray. A year later, it's mission accomplished, with a new Bray Cured factory up and running, and a popular village store on the High Street in Bray.
So now we're handing over the store to the shop's landlord, Alun, who'll continue supplying the coffees, cakes and provisions to villagers and visitors alike, while we focus on taking Bray Cured to customers all over the country. For your fine charcuterie fix, you'll always be welcome to come out and see us at a food festival or the factory, or get whatever you need, whenever, from braycured.com.
