Our butchers will also show you how to keep your knife in tip top, super sharp shape ready fro your butchery and charcuterie work.

How it works

Add this to your course participation, or buy it in advance of arriving for your course, and we'll give you your apron and knife to take away on the day.

  • Orders before 1pm dispatch same day (Mon-Fri), after 1pm next working day
  • Choose 24hr ("Next Day") or 48hr Royal Mail delivery (Mon-Sat)
  • Free 48hr shipping on orders over £40
  • Schedule a future delivery dates if required
Product Handling
  • Charcuterie travels at room temperature - safe if you're out when delivered
  • Cheese ships overnight with ice packs - must be received and refrigerated immediately
Returns & Refunds
  • 14-day return policy from delivery date Items must be unopened, undamaged, in original packaging
  • A return fee is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping (£4) and outbound shipping (£4) if a free shipping offer was used
