Three delicious British lamb charcuterie cuts for Easter.
Put on a show this Easter with a mix of five of our cured meats from our lamb range, which includes sliced salamis and cured joints (bresaolas). With a mix of whole muscle charcuterie and salamis in each box, you're all set to make up Easter grazing boards, canapés to entertain, delicious sandwiches, or five three sofa dining experiences straight out of the pack. We'll curate a selection into each pack that gives the Bray Cured experience.
Our lamb charcuterie is from with 1-2 year lamb, called 'hogget' (as opposed to 'lamb', which is under 1 year old), which we choose because of its excellent flavour. All raised on Marlow Common flower meadows just a few miles from our workshop.
Your Tasting Board will include three options from the below:

Hogget Chorizo - Smoky paprika perfectly paired with rich flower meadow hogget.

Hogget Bresaola - A beautiful British twist on classic bresaola, with flower meadow hogget.

Lambcetta - A splendidly savoury twist on pancetta, using British hogget.

Truffled Hogget Mosaic Salami - British hogget salami with pork, air-dried salume pieces and truffle.

Hogget Merguez Salami - Cumin and chilli complexity against a rich flower meadow hogget background.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders before 1pm dispatch same day (Mon-Fri), after 1pm next working day
- Choose 24hr ("Next Day") or 48hr Royal Mail delivery (Mon-Sat)
- Free 48hr shipping on orders over £40
- Schedule a future delivery dates if required
- Charcuterie travels at room temperature - safe if you're out when delivered
- Cheese ships overnight with ice packs - must be received and refrigerated immediately
- 14-day return policy from delivery date Items must be unopened, undamaged, in original packaging
- A return fee is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping (£4) and outbound shipping (£4) if a free shipping offer was used
