Everything in the selection is small batch, hand made and created from British heritage breed meat and local wine.

Each box arrives beautifully presented, to make the perfect gift, with recipes and tasting notes for the meats. It's all about care and curation in the making, which shines through in the giving.

We'll curate a selection of meats into each box that gives the Bray Cured experience. If you have particular preferences for the box, add them into the notes section in the basket and we'll do our best to accommodate subject to availability.
