The brand new charcuterie hamper series from Bray Cured. A perfect gift for someone special, or yourself, each charcuterie hamper features a specially selected cured meat, cocktail and olive accompaniment. The combinations are mouth-watering.

As the evenings lengthen, the aperitif comes into its own. At the end of a warm day in the garden, or the start of a hot night on the town, our aperitif collection is the perfect way to begin.

Each charcuterie aperitif hamper is locally sourced, putting collaboration together with curation. When you tuck in, you'll be supporting no fewer than 3 British artisan producers. Now that is something to savour.

The Aperitif Files - Tempo

Tempo, time, thyme. A two-speed aperitif where smooth and subtle air-dried ham subtly partners thyme and shallot olives, while the same olives bring a savoury note to the sweet Mexican-inspired affair that is the grapefruit margarita. It’s sweet and sour, savoury and syrupy, it’s the contrast of fast drink and slow ham, tied together with thyme, and time again.

Smooth, savoury ham from Middle White Pork, aged for months.. 
British Middle White Pork Meat, Black Pepper, Salt, Dextrose, Herbs, Spices, E250.

Expertly mixed cocktails & music.
Tequila, Citrus, Red Grapefruit. 10.6% alcohol. Contains sulphites. 20cl. 

Thyme & Shallot Olives by Olives Et Al
Exceptional olives, slowly cold brined for optimal flavour and texture. 
Stoned Green Olives (50%), Brine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Shallots, Thyme, Lemon, Acidity Regulator - Lactic Acid. 270g net.
