Rolling Subscription

Once a month, every month, you'll receive a serving of delicious charcuterie and cheese, direct to your door. Our subscription makes the perfect gift through the year.

What's included?

• Each month we'll send a delivery of delicious cured meat and cheese. The charcuterie meat could be anything you see on our website or something new - possibly a limited edition. The cheese is be selected from any of the local award-winning creameries that we work with.
• To keep things interesting, there'll be a variety of products from month to month. Each pack in a month's delivery will be different.
• We'll try to keep sending you different products to try every month until you've tried our whole charcuterie range (stock allowing).
• Every month, we'll send a varied 100g mixed charcuterie board of 3-4 meats as your first pack and then 1, 2 or 3 x 60g packs of the other meats of the month depending on your subscription. The cheeses are usually around 150g-200g each and you receive 1 or 2 different depending on your subscription.

How does delivery work?

• You'll get your first delivery within the next 10 days.
  
• Then another delivery will be sent once a month for the duration of the subscription, around the same time each month.
• You'll receive a notification when each delivery's on its way.
• You'll pay no shipping fees. The subscription price is all-inclusive and shipping is free.

What are my payment options?

• To say thanks for subscribing, you get each delivery at a lower price than you'd pay for a one off order on the website.
• You can pay monthly ahead of each delivery. Or you can choose to pay quarterly or annually in advance and take advantage of even bigger savings. You still get a monthly delivery of charcuterie, no matter how you choose to pay. 
• Paying quarterly means prepaying for 3 deliveries, and annually is 12.

Can I make changes to or cancel my subscription?

• You can cancel future payments at any time prior to that payment being taken.
• You can choose to skip a delivery if you wish to for any reason. If you've prepaid for a number of deliveries in advance, you'll receive the full number of pre-paid deliveries before you're charged again. 
• There'll be a link to the Manage your Subscription page in each email you receive about your subscription.

• Orders before 1pm dispatch same day (Mon-Fri), after 1pm next working day
• Choose 24hr ("Next Day") or 48hr Royal Mail delivery (Mon-Sat)
• Free 48hr shipping on orders over £40
• Schedule a future delivery dates if required

• Charcuterie travels at room temperature - safe if you're out when delivered
• Cheese ships overnight with ice packs - must be received and refrigerated immediately

• 14-day return policy from delivery date Items must be unopened, undamaged, in original packaging
• A return fee is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping (£4) and outbound shipping (£4) if a free shipping offer was used
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned
