If you're sending a super-foodie or budding charcutier on a Bray Cured charcuterie course, you can whet their appetite and inspire their creativity with our Charcuterie Course Amuse Bouche, a selection of our delicious artisan cured meats for them to try in advance.
They'll receive a 180g selection, made up of a 60g pack of each of three different salamis or cured meats from our sliced range, which includes:
- Berkshire Salami
- Wild Garlic Salami
- Fennel Salami
- Coppa
- Spalla
- Lomo
- Air-dried Ham
- Air-dried Pancetta/Bacon (best cooked)
- Bresaola
- Chorizo
The selection will give them an insight into what's to come and ideas for what they might make, as well as a little tangible something for you to present alongside the beautifully gift boxed course voucher.

- Charcuterie travels at room temperature - safe if you're out when delivered
- Cheese ships overnight with ice packs - must be received and refrigerated immediately
- 14-day return policy from delivery date Items must be unopened, undamaged, in original packaging
- A return fee is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping (£4) and outbound shipping (£4) if a free shipping offer was used
