Like any artisan business, we grow by the support of a few who connect with what we do and want us to get where we're aiming for. To say thank you, we offer this special experience, a membership to the Inner Circle of our Secret Curing Club. 

It's our way of saying, "you will always have charcuterie coming, you will always be welcome, and we will always be making something just for you."

You can choose between two annual memberships, an Individual Membership or a Double Membership (for two people sharing). 

• An Individual Membership includes items worth £440.
• A Double Membership includes items worth £616.

How does delivery work?

When you purchase, we'll be in touch to organise delivery. We'll check whether you want everything sent to one place, different parts sent to different places, or any element sent as an e-gift card. Within 24 hours, we'll be in touch to organise everything directly with you.

• Orders before 1pm dispatch same day (Mon-Fri), after 1pm next working day
• Choose 24hr ("Next Day") or 48hr Royal Mail delivery (Mon-Sat)
• Free 48hr shipping on orders over £40
• Schedule a future delivery dates if required

• Charcuterie travels at room temperature - safe if you're out when delivered
• Cheese ships overnight with ice packs - must be received and refrigerated immediately

• 14-day return policy from delivery date Items must be unopened, undamaged, in original packaging
• A return fee is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping (£4) and outbound shipping (£4) if a free shipping offer was used
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned
