What's inside a monthly delivery?
Every delivery contains a charcuterie board of four different salamis. The selection changes every month and many of these salamis are limited edition & exclusive to subscribers. You can then add up to 3 additional monthly packs to be delivered with the salami board to experience more of our wide range of charcuterie.

A 100g selection of four salamis that changes monthly and can include anything from classics like chorizo and wild garlic salami, to our venison salamis, and limited editions like truffled pork.
2, 3 or 4 Packs a Month options
You receive the 100g salami board pack plus one to three 60g packs of individual meats to experience our wider range - from salamis to cured meats like air-dried ham and bresaolas, and cooking charcuterie like guanciale.

How it works
Boxed Gift Cards
We send a beautifully boxed gift card. Each gift card is unique and explains how many packs of charcuterie will arrive each month, and for how many months. The box contains a welcome post card explaining how to redeem the gift card. The recipient has 12 months to redeem their gift card and start the subscription.
E-Gift Cards
You add a gift message to the gift card, enter the recipient's email address, and schedule when you want the email to be delivered - either instantly or on a special day. The email tells the recipient what their gift is, and contains instructions on how to redeem it. The recipient has 12 months to redeem their gift card and start the subscription.
Redeeming a Gift Card
The gift recipient logs onto our website and redeems at a time that suits them. They enter their preferred delivery address for their monthly deliveries. Their first delivery is sent out within 10 days, and they'll receive monthly deliveries after that at about the same time each month.
Delivery Shipping
We ship your subscription at approximately the same time each month via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour shipping. You'll receive a flexible polythene envelope that fits through the letterbox. Thanks to the curing process, and our vacuum sealed bags, no refrigeration is needed before opening the packs.
Delaying Deliveries for Holidays
If you're going on holiday, you can delay your next delivery. Just give us enough warning before your delivery is packed and sent. For a gift subscription, you just need to email customer service. For a recurring subscription, you can manage deliveries in the online portal.
Cancelling a Recurring Subscription
You can cancel the next payment of a recurring subscription at any time in the online portal. You won't be charged again after the cancellation. But if you have paid for any monthly deliveries in advance, you will receive these monthly as usual.
