Sun's in the sky, let the pink fizz corks fly, as they do not say.
If we were French, we'd be big on terroir. But we are obviously not French, and so we are massive on place/earth. Near our place, growing grapes in the same earth, are our friends Stanlake Park. These spectacular English winemakers make the wines in our cures, because we believe that British charcuterie goes beyond the source of the meat alone.
With their wine in the product already, it made sense to offer Natalia and Nico's wines as the perfect pairings for our cured meats. And we find pink fizz to be a particularly versatile dancing partner. Try it with Lomo or air-dried ham, yum.
Pale colour, refreshing body with delicate flavours of raspberry, strawberry and pink grapefruit. Made from Pinot Noir grapes and aged for several years in Stanlake Park's cellars.
